CLASSIC HOT CHOCOLATE

1 x Nature's Treasures chocolate bar (50g)
2 cups milk or cream

  • Heat the chocolate and milk together in a saucepan on the stove until hot.
  • To make it frothy and foamy, whisk with a wire whisk or hand held blender.
  • Top with freshly whipped cream or a handful of marshmallows.
  • (Coffee lovers may choose to replace half of the milk with freshly brewed coffee for a cafe mocha!)

NATURE'S TREASURES DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

4 x Nature's Treasures Ultimate Dark Chocolate bars (200g)
5 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1 tablespoon sour cream (at room temperature)
5 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon white sugar
Dash of salt

  • Place chocolate bars and water in saucepan and melt directly on low heat, stirring until smooth and shiny.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butter and sour cream, until melted.
  • Separate eggs and stir in egg yolks gently, one at a time.
  • In a separate bowl, whip egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
  • Add sugar and keep beating egg whites until they become foamy.
  • Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
  • Pour into a large serving dish or into individual serving dishes.
  • Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

NATURE'S TREASURES MINT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cream
4 x Nature's Treasures European Mint Dark Chocolate bars (200g)
100 grams grated white chocolate

  • Melt butter in a saucepan and then add cream.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon until mixture begins to boil.
  • Chop the Nature's Treasures European Mint Dark Chocolate bars into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • Pour the butter/cream mixture over the chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until thickened.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator and leave until hardened (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
  • Remove hardened mixture from the refrigerator and scoop out one spoonful at a time.
  • Roll chocolate mixture to form small balls and then roll in grated white chocolate until completely covered.
  • Place finished truffles on a tray and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 2 weeks.
